How this tool works
Open an unsigned, unprotected PDF. Choose an icon in the toolbar to expand its options, then highlight, draw, place a note or create a signature. Use Move to reposition additions and resize them with locked proportions. Undo and redo apply to additions on the current page. Download preserves the original page sizes and content, with your additions saved as a fixed visual layer. Highlight snapping depends on the PDF text structure; scans use a straight horizontal stroke that you can adjust manually.
